As such, it is versatile, able to scan documents, books, and some 3D objects. ![]() It is an overhead scanner, and of the models we've tested, it most resembles the Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600. With its scan unit residing on a beam extending well above the scanning area, it looks rather like a desktop lamp. The CZUR ET16 Plus ($429) is an atypical scanner, lacking a flatbed and a document feeder.
